As a full-time, temporary Clinical Educator, you will lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes while supporting the nursing team.
Your role entails collaboration with cancer care leadership and interprofessional teams to foster an environment of continuous learning. By utilizing your clinical expertise in therapeutic endoscopy, you'll drive best practices and mentor staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Therapeutic Endoscopy content expert
• Design educational initiatives to improve nursing practices
• Collaborate with leadership to develop programs
• Engage in quality improvement assessments with teams
• Promote a professional climate aligned with organizational values
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Education required or nearing completion
• Active Certificate with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Therapeutic Endoscopy procedures
• Proven skills in communication and project management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
