Key Responsibilities:

• Perform holistic assessments and develop patient care plans

• Collaborate with care teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Provide health education using effective teaching strategies

• Document observations and care provisions diligently

• Participate in discharge planning and transitions of care
Requirements:

• Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Must possess Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Certificate

• Experience in Level II or III Nursery preferred

• Knowledge of neonatal care standards

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
