Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient functioning
• Administer IVs, perform venipuncture, and manage PICC lines
• Implement plans of care independently and as part of a team
• Participate in quality initiatives and patient teaching programs
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Preferred BScN and Hemispheres Stroke Certification
• Experience with Acute Medicine and Neurology patients
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
