In the Children's Stroke Program at The Hospital for Sick Children, you will integrate advanced nursing knowledge into care for children and families affected by strokes. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee comprehensive health care for pediatric stroke patients
• Foster collaborative care plans across disciplines
• Conduct home and environmental assessments for ongoing support
• Mentor fellow nurses and health professionals
• Lead research and author findings on pediatric stroke practices
Requirements:
• Master of Nursing or equivalent clinical qualification
• Nurse Practitioner registration in the RN Extended Class in Ontario
• Minimum three years clinical pediatrics experience
• Leadership skills with a collaborative approach
• Excellent communication and innovative thinking abilities
