Join Baycrest Hospital's Inpatient High Tolerance Rehabilitation Unit dedicated to helping older adults regain independence post-therapy. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering quality health care, ensuring comprehensive support and assessments from admission to discharge, while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical expertise
• Plan and evaluate nursing interventions within RN scope
• Deliver client-centered care alongside your nursing team
• Actively participate in teaching programs for nursing students
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS Level C certification required
• BScN degree preferred for clinical excellence
• Experience in geriatrics and complex medical needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
