Baycrest Hospital offers a part-time Registered Nurse position in the Inpatient High Tolerance Rehabilitation Unit, primarily serving geriatric patients. You will leverage your clinical expertise to assess and address patient needs, collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, and help patients achieve functional independence. A commitment to compassionate caregiving is essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans
• Evaluate and implement nursing interventions effectively
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary care team
• Engage in the education of nursing staff and students
Requirements:
• Current registration in good standing with CNO
• Certification in BCLS Level C and AED is mandatory
• BScN is preferred for this role
• Previous experience with geriatric patients is ideal
• Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency
