Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Registration;
B.Sc.N. preferred
• 2 years in acute care preferred
• 5 years in general Internal Medicine preferred
• Knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD)
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
