Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex wound assessments and treatments

• Advocate for engagement in care processes

• Demonstrate effective leadership within systems

• Educate patients and healthcare team members

• Gather patient care metrics for service improvement
Requirements:

• Current Ontario College of Nurses Certification

• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred

• Completion of a recognized Wound, Ostomy, Continence program

• Over 3 years of relevant advanced practice nursing

• Strong communication and time management skills
