Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate comprehensive health assessments and care

• Mentor team members to optimize resident care

• Collaborate on care plans with physicians and staff

• Drive continuous quality improvement in patient care

Requirements:

• At least one year of geriatric nursing experience

• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations

• Strong communication skills in English;
Italian is beneficial

• Compliance with health and screening requirements
