Nurse Practitioner

Position: Nurse Practitioner Needed

As a member of the Resident Services team, you will provide essential care and support while mentoring staff and leading educational initiatives. Your participation will directly impact palliative care and chronic disease management for older adults in a compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical assessment and manage episodic care

• Enhance staff knowledge through structured mentoring

• Collaborate on resident care with a multidisciplinary team

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evaluations

• Stay informed about best practices in nursing care

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in geriatric nursing

• Must hold a current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards

• Leadership experience is advantageous

• Proficiency in Italian is beneficial
