As an RPN, you will play a vital role in providing palliative care to clients experiencing homelessness and structural vulnerability. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-standard palliative care to patients

Requirements:
• Valid RPN certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• LEAP certification expected within 6 months
• At least 1 year of hospice care experience
• Background in mental health care preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required
