Position: Assistant Director of Care (RN) Position
Lead the nursing staff as Assistant Director of Care at Age Care’s North York location. Ensure resident care meets high standards in a compassionate, professional setting.

In this full-time position, the Assistant Director of Care will play a critical role in coordinating care activities in collaboration with senior management. You will apply your expertise in geriatric care to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while continuously evaluating resident well-being and staff education needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee resident care and nursing activities

• Ensure accurate nursing documentation and audits

• Regularly review and update resident care plans

• Address concerns from residents and families diligently

• Support staff training and implement health safety protocols

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Knowledgeable in long-term care legislation and regulations

• Experience in geriatric nursing is essential

• Advanced studies in nursing or administration preferred

• Dedication to resident-centered care practices
