As a critical management role, you must hold a CNO certificate as an RN or RPN and bring progressive management experience in community health care. You will support the Branch Manager in daily operations, ensuring that staff deliver compassionate care while meeting performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate staff for quality outcomes
• Oversee hiring and training processes for supervisors
• Conduct and facilitate necessary meetings
• Evaluate KPIs and implement quality improvements
• Communicate quality concerns to the Branch Manager
Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN certification from CNO
• Progressive management background, preferably in healthcare
• Experience managing a unionized workforce
• Ability to build collaborative relationships
• Proven conflict resolution skills and complaint handling
