IHAL is seeking dedicated Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to provide in-home nursing care in the Greater Toronto Area. Your skills in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing personal care will be essential in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care within RN/RPN scope of practice

• Administer medications and perform wound care

• Monitor client conditions and vital signs

• Assist with daily living support and mobility

• Document nursing notes and collaborate effectively

Requirements:

• Valid RN or RPN license with CNO

• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Ability to document using mobile devices
