Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored nursing care for surgical oncology patients
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team for optimal outcomes
• Mentor and support nursing students through preceptorship
• Oversee discharge planning for seamless patient transitions
• Lead quality improvement initiatives within the unit
Requirements:
• Registered nurse in Ontario with valid licensing
• B.C.L.S. certification and
B.ScN. preferred
• Experience in oncology settings is advantageous
• Strong communication skills for teamwork
