As a Registered Nurse, you will support the Director of Care by coordinating nursing services and ensuring optimal resident safety and wellbeing. Your skills in geriatric nursing will be vital in documenting care changes, leading effective communication within the health care team, and processing vital physician orders. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing care across residential neighborhoods
• Lead and communicate during shift handovers
• Accurately document changes in resident health
• Execute physician orders following established procedures
• Promote workplace health and safety practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing essential
• Active registration with the provincial nursing body
• Proficient in long-term care legislation
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
