This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services to clients 18 and older who require complex medical attention. You will perform tasks like medication management, wound care, and mental health assessments while managing a flexible schedule supported by a reliable vehicle and an Ontario driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client conditions and adjust care plans as needed
• Manage IV therapy, PICC lines, and central lines
• Coordinate care and maintain detailed patient documentation
• Ensure quality of service through continual training
• Participate in client care meetings and consultations
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma or equivalent education from a recognized institution
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Familiarity with community nursing practices
• Commitment to communication and availability for care duties
