As a pivotal member of the Surgery Centre, you’ll help guide patients through ovum retrieval and embryo transfer, ensuring a seamless experience. The successful applicant will have strong organizational skills, be adaptable, and possess excellent interpersonal abilities, paired with a keen interest in fertility care. Collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll tackle challenges while providing empathetic patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute admission and pre-operative patient assessments

• Initiate and maintain IV therapy for patients

• Oversee patient care post-anesthesia

• Provide educational guidance upon discharge

• Schedule patient appointments and convey medication instructions

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least 2 years nursing experience

• Valid CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications

• Completed IV therapy training or equivalent experience

• Experience in fertility, operating rooms, or post-anesthesia care beneficial
