This permanent part-time role offers a varied shift schedule, including days and nights. You will deliver client-focused nursing services, assess medical needs, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Your expertise will guide nursing interventions and enhance the quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive client/family-centered health care
• Assess and evaluate nursing interventions and medications
• Deliver personalized care in collaboration with the care team
• Participate in nursing education for students and staff
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• BScN preferred for advanced competence
• Palliative care experience is an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
