This permanent full-time role focuses on staff development through tailored education plans and collaborative learning. You will assess learning needs, create educational resources, and ensure effective knowledge translation to improve nursing practices. Your leadership will foster a culture of continual professional growth within the Transitional Care Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess nursing staff learning needs and competencies
• Develop comprehensive education plans and evaluation activities
• Provide leadership in new clinical education designs
• Maintain attendance records for training sessions
• Mentor nursing staff in achieving educational goals
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Nursing or Education
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience
• Experience in adult education principles
• Proven success in clinical educational leadership
