Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage nursing care within RPN scope

• Utilize research knowledge for effective patient care

• Engage in team planning and family conferences

• Mentor RPN students and new staff

• Uphold patient safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Diploma in Practical Nursing required

• Recent clinical experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Commitment to professional development
