Acute Care Registered Practical Nurse

Provide exceptional person-centered care as an Acute Care Registered Practical Nurse within the C6 Community Programme. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare teams to support diverse patients' needs in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Practical Nurse for our C6 Community Programme. You will engage in complex care processes, focus on continuous assessment, and implement evidence-based interventions for various medical specialties. This role emphasizes teamwork and the delivery of high-quality nursing care in acute settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify needs of patients and families in acute care

• Conduct assessments and plan ongoing patient care

• Implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions

• Commit to personal development and quality improvements

• Collaborate with RNs in patient care planning

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification from Heart and Stroke Foundation

• Preferred RPN diploma with recent acute care experience

• Successful completion of a pre-interview assessment

• Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
