You will be part of a dedicated team, focusing on patients’ unique medical and psychosocial requirements in the Reactivation Care Unit. Your responsibilities will involve comprehensive assessments, interprofessional collaboration, and delivering advanced nursing care. This challenging position requires expertise in geriatric and general medicine to address the complex needs of hospitalized patients
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced nursing care using evidence-based practices
• Document comprehensive health histories and assessments
• Manage drug therapies and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate on patient admissions and discharges
• Offer consultation on clinical practice issues as needed
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory
• Current Extended Class registration in Ontario
• At least 3 years of experience in adult nursing
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously within a team
