Registered Practical Nurse at Sienna

Located in Toronto, this role is vital in providing nursing care based on established policies and individual care plans. You will work under the Director of Care, sharing your expertise with residents while supervising support staff and fostering teamwork among colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care per physician's orders and resident plans

• Ensure effective communication and teamwork within the staff

• Oversee resident care, including family communication

• Supervise Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

• Conduct ongoing assessments during admissions and status changes

Requirements:

• Current Registered Practical Nurse license with Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is preferred

• Strong judgement and risk identification skills

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
