Become a Home Care Nurse with The Care Company, making a positive impact on senior clients' lives in their homes. We seek dedicated nurses available for full-time shifts throughout the Central Region.
The Care Company is seeking passionate and self-driven nurses who are ready to help ALC clients by providing high-quality in-home care. Candidates must have availability for 10-12 hour shifts on weekdays and be comfortable visiting multiple clients daily. Previous experience in home health care, especially with Ontario Health atHome clients, is an asset and will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans
• Implement and evaluate care based on best practices
• Administer medications as per medical orders
• Monitor clients' vital signs and document findings
• Support client care transitions with community services
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Experience in delivering in-home care
