Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care to residents in need

• Develop personalized wellness plans through collaboration

• Conduct assessments to monitor resident health

• Foster social connections with residents and families

• Collaborate with Health Care Providers for best practices

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing program

• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification

• Solid communication skills with residents and staff

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
