Deliver exceptional patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse in the General Medicine/Nephrology PSU. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs effectively.
In this position, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with families, and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with nursing standards. Ideal candidates should possess current Ontario Registration along with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in patient care practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care to nephrology patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and families
• Document patient interactions and care outcomes
• Engage in continuous improvement feedback practices
• Lead initiatives that advance patient care
Requirements:
• Current Ontario Registration,
B.Sc.N. preferred
• Preferably two years of acute care experience
• Five years of internal medicine experience preferred
• Knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis and related care
• Completion of pre-interview quiz required
