Altitude Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with valid CNO registration to join our energetic team. You will provide nursing care in alignment with Ontario standards, contribute to health assessments, and help develop individual care plans. Essential duties include administering medications, reporting patient conditions, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per established Ontario standards
• Document and assess residents' health status regularly
• Assist in developing and evaluating Care Plans
• Administer medications and maintain drug security
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team
Requirements:
• Valid CNO registration with no practice restrictions
• Recent police check for vulnerable sector
• Current TB test and COVID-19 immunization
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
