Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications as directed by the Physician

• Document and address client concerns effectively

• Promote wellness and educate on preventative health measures

• Complete assessments and care plans on time

• Support training and guidance for unregulated care workers

Requirements:

• Active Registered Practical Nurse registration with Ontario's College

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Medication Administration certificate needed

• Minimum one year geriatric nursing experience

• Pass Vulnerable Sector Check and relevant screenings
