As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will ensure that Community Members receive top-notch care tailored to their needs. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and families, conduct health assessments, and maintain detailed documentation of care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Conduct Wellness Assessments and monitor health
• Develop and evaluate individualized Care Plans
• Respond to emergency situations for Community Members
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for care coordination
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing
• Experience with older adults or retirement living
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification required
