The role focuses on conducting health assessments and developing care plans for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health pre-surgery and create care plans

Requirements:
• Registered RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certification
• 5 years in acute care orthopaedics
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities
Provide exceptional care through assessment, education, and teamwork as a dedicated RPN in orthopaedics.
