Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care per policies and physician orders

• Deliver personalized and excellent nursing support

• Foster teamwork and effective communication with staff

• Oversee resident care and family communications

• Supervise Personal Support Workers in assigned areas

Requirements:

• Active registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset

• Strong judgment and risk identification skills

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
