As a Registered Practical Nurse at our facility, you will oversee resident care and ensure the implementation of tailored skin and wound care strategies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor healing, educate staff, and maintain compliance. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the well-being of our residents through compassion and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct skin assessments for various conditions

• Develop individualized wound care plans

• Monitor healing progress and adjust plans accordingly

• Guide nursing staff on best practices

• Provide training on infection control and prevention

Requirements:

• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Foot care certification (completed or enrolled)

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Experience in long-term care

• CPR certification and clear background checks
