The role at SAMIH requires a dedicated NP to address the health needs of individuals without a Primary Care Provider. You will lead care strategies while guiding nursing students from the University of Toronto in a practical setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individual care plans for diverse patient groups
• Diagnose, treat, and advocate for patient needs
• Mentor Master of Nursing students in clinical practice
• Collaborate with educational institutions for practicum support
• Analyze and utilize health metrics for patient care improvement
Requirements:
• Master’s prepared Nurse Practitioner in good standing
• 3 years recent NP practice in community settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong leadership capability and ethical approach
• Current BCLS certification required
Contribute significantly to community wellness as a Nurse Practitioner at the Scarborough Health Network.
