Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing and services for residents

• Lead shift report for the healthcare team

• Record significant changes in residents' conditions

• Review and process physician orders promptly

• Communicate difficulties in processing orders to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

• Knowledge of relevant nursing regulations and acts

• Registration in good standing with provincial registry

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
