• Lead and oversee resident care processes
• Collaborate with nursing staff for quality assurance
• Mentor and teach staff on geriatric best practices
• Foster a caring setting for residents and employees
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

• Registered Nurse in good standing with Ontario College
• Minimum of three years in geriatric care
• Proven leadership and administrative skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proof of full vaccination is mandatory
