As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will adhere to specialized neonatal standards provided by the National Association of Neonatal Nurses. Your expertise in assessment, care planning, and evaluation alongside a multidisciplinary team is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans for infants

• Educate parents and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

• Promote principles of Patient-Focused Care and support breastfeeding

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to nursing standards

• Collaborate effectively with medical teams and families

Requirements:

• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• NICU experience with ventilator-supported infants required

• Level III neonatal course commitment within two years

• Completion of the S.T.A.B.L.E course preferred

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
