Key Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency nursing duties in acute care settings

• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in patient care

• Maintain excellent communication with staff, patients, and families

• Support patient/family education initiatives

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 3-6 months of medical/surgical experience

• BCLS certification upon hire

• ACLS course completion required within six months

• Understanding of equity and inclusion in health practices
