You will prioritize patient safety, document care effectively, and engage in continuous learning and self-reflection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care

• Provide nursing care with stable patients

• Monitor and document patient care activities

• Develop care plans integrating nursing and inter-professional actions

Requirements:

• Current Ontario College of Nurses Registration

• Practical Nursing Diploma completion

• Two years in mental health/addictions nursing

• BLS Certification required

• Strong communication and organizational skills
