Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Withdrawal Management Counsellors and healthcare team
• Coordinate health and medical aspects of substance withdrawal
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Evaluate emerging concerns regarding client safety
• Work collaboratively in an interprofessional team setting
Requirements:
• Recent clinical experience in substance use or mental health
• Completion of training in harm reduction or crisis management
• Strong skills in leadership and problem-solving
• Knowledge of mental health legislation
• Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism
