Position: Cogir Senior Living Nurse Role

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Care and be responsible for maintaining accurate care assessments and facilitating care conferences.

Your role will include managing emergencies, supervising medication administration, and supporting families through education about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure residents’ care assessments are current and communicated

• Administer and safeguard medications according to regulations

• Participate in scheduling and conducting care conferences

• Manage significant changes in resident conditions

• Delegating tasks to nursing students and caregivers

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse

• Practical experience in senior care environments

• Strong care coordination and critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Current Vulnerable Position Sector Screening (VPS)
