On the 6 East Unit, you will manage comprehensive nursing care that emphasizes the patients' quality of life. As a Registered Nurse, you will actively engage in assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality client-centered healthcare services

• Plan nursing interventions and evaluate their effectiveness

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care

• Engage in teaching opportunities for nursing students

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing

• Current BCLS Level C certification required

• BScN preferred

• Preferred experience in palliative care and psychogeriatrics

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
