Join Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre as a Nurse Practitioner, delivering holistic health care to a diverse client roster in downtown Toronto. Support marginalized populations through primary and outreach services.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will report to the Manager of Clinical and Allied Health and serve clients, especially from priority populations like individuals experiencing homelessness and youth.

Your role involves supervising health care students while actively participating in quality improvement and research efforts, all within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic health care to full roster of clients

• Deliver primary care at clinic and outreach locations

• Supervise health care students during clinical experiences

• Collaborate with mental health and harm reduction teams

• Participate in program development and implementation
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (EC) with CNO and 3-5 years experience

• Knowledge in mental health and harm reduction

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Experience with diverse populations and anti-oppression principles

• Clean record required including police check
