Position: Outreach Lead for Internationally Educated Nurses
Drive impactful community connections as the Outreach Lead with CARE Centre. Engage with employers and facilitate successful employment for internationally educated nurses across Ontario's rural communities.

In the role of Employment Engagement Lead, you will connect internationally educated nurses with healthcare opportunities while representing CARE Centre and Blue Branch Inc. Your expertise in employer engagement, community outreach, and participant recruitment will be vital in addressing nursing shortages in rural Ontario. Develop essential partnerships and support relocating nurses in achieving long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with long-term care homes

• Facilitate employer information sessions and recruitment events

• Design outreach strategies to engage target audiences

• Collaborate with community organizations and municipalities

• Monitor participant employment progression and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Postsecondary education in a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in employer or workforce engagement

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of Ontario’s nursing labour market

• Ability to travel within Ontario as needed
