You will play a vital role in training and mentoring Personal Support Workers, enhancing their skills and maintaining team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing functions according to CNO standards

• Consult with team members regarding resident updates

• Implement assessment, planning, and documentation processes

• Maintain communication with families for timely support

• Supervise Personal Support Workers and provide staff orientation

Requirements:

• Current CPR certification

• Good leadership and problem-solving skills

• Experience in nursing is an asset

• Computer literacy and ability to converse in Chinese

• Successful police vulnerable sector screening
