Humber River Health is seeking Critical Care Registered Nurses for its advanced healthcare facility. You will be responsible for caring for vulnerable patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing innovative technology for patient monitoring and documentation. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential to meet the needs of critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for cardiac, medical, and surgical critically ill patients

• Employ appropriate hemodynamic and ventilation monitoring

• Plan and coordinate patient care with team members

• Document care using computerized systems

• Engage in relevant hospital committees and projects

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Critical Care Certification is mandatory

• At least 2 years of Critical Care experience preferred

• Basic computer and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
