The Care Company is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide paediatric care in Toronto. Bring your expertise to assist infants with complex health needs at home.
We need an enthusiastic Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who possesses paediatric experience for our Toronto home care team. You will be responsible for supporting male infants requiring complex nursing interventions. Your proactive and engaging personality is vital in building connections while adhering to care plans and ensuring safety during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with hygiene and medications as needed
• Deliver exceptional patient care tailored to individual plans
• Ensure safety during all client care operations
• Facilitate ambulation and physical activities
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements:
• Experience with G and J tube feeding mandatory
• Familiar with tracheostomy management
• Current CNO Registration and nursing certification
• Recent Criminal Record Check required
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
