Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with nephrologists and renal teams for coordinated patient care
• Perform comprehensive renal assessments and monitor patient signs
• Implement nephrologist orders and manage dialysis treatments
• Educate patients on kidney disease management and dietary guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Registered Nursing License from the Provincial College of Nurses
• Current CPR, ACLS, C-Neph Certifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Renal Unit
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Professional Liability Insurance
