Registered Nurse at West Park

This temporary part-time position requires a Diploma in Nursing and experience in Geriatric Rehabilitation nursing.

Your role will include planning and coordinating nursing care for patients and families, educating them on dementia care, and actively participating in inter-professional team discussions. Leadership and mentorship for students and new staff will be a significant part of your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate nursing care for patients with dementia

• Educate families and community providers on dementia care

• Participate in inter-professional care planning and rounds

• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing;
Baccalaureate preferred

• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
