VHA is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse with Advanced Foot Care Certification for the Central and Toronto Central regions. You will deliver essential foot care services in community clinics and home settings, emphasizing prevention and ongoing management. This role requires a valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle, as well as a commitment to quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor client foot health needs
• Evaluate and adjust care plans regularly
• Maintain documentation per nursing standards
• Support clients with mobility and health management
• Participate in team discussions and patient care planning
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid Advanced Foot Care Certificate
• Minimum 100 hours of foot care nursing experience
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of community nursing practices
